How do I return the ordered goods?

1. Fill out our return form and send it to us.
2. As soon as we give you the confirmation including the RMA number for the return you have to fill out the RMA form. Then please pack the article carefully - preferably using the original packaging and filling material.
Use the address provided by us as the address for returning.

Please do not use return shipping for your used batteries.

How does the refund work?

The refund will be made within a few days in the same way of paying that you selected when ordering.

Return in case of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. Please proceed according to the revocation instructions: Please pack the goods as you received them. Please enclose the revocation form. Without the revocation form the processing of returning is not possible. Please send the goods to:

In the case of orders sent to you by a forwarding agent, we will charge GBP 25.00 in the event of revocation. We will organise the collection of the goods from your premises.

Return in case of complaint
