We require an official purchase order to be signed by an authorised member of staff, clearly showing your PO number and organisation details. 14-Day or 30-Day accounts are setup automatically on receipt of the purchase order.

The following information is required:
Organisation / Company name
Accounts Department  Address, Contact name, contact telephone number, contact email address
Delivery address, Contact name, contact telephone number, delivery email address
VAT or Charity number

Send your official purchase order with a detailed description of the products you require, making sure the product prices match the current prices listed on our website and do not forget to include the delivery charge.
