We offer a range of flexible delivery options to suit your needs. Our shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and your delivery location.
Parcel Delivery Services (Products under 30kg)
For orders containing only items weighing less than 30kg each, we offer fast parcel delivery via Royal Mail (items under 5kg) and DX/DPD (items 5-30kg).
Parcel Delivery Options – Compare Prices
Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) – Receive your order within 4 working days from day of dispatch.
Express Delivery (next working day) – Receive your order the next working day. Orders must be placed before 3pm on day of dispatch.
Premium Delivery (pre 1pm Mon-Fri) – Receive your order the next working day and before 1pm. Orders must be placed before 3pm on day of dispatch.

Pallet Delivery Services (Products 30kg or over)
For orders containing items weighing 30kg or more, we arrange professional pallet delivery. KMS Logistics handles all pallet deliveries with tail lift included where needed. We will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery day.
Important: By confirming a delivery date, you are stating you will be available for the entire day to take delivery. Failure to accept delivery on your chosen day will result in re-shipment costs and a return-to-sender fee being deducted from your refund. If there are any complications or extended postcodes, we will contact you for clarification or to rearrange the delivery.

Delivery Zone Surcharges
Additional charges apply for delivery to remote areas and islands. These are applied in addition to the base shipping cost.

Click and Collect
Collect your order from our local warehouse free of charge. Standard lead time applies.
DR SKU's Orders
Selected items that have the Suffix "*****DR" are fulfilled from a different warehouse by our third-party logistics partners. Specific delivery terms will be provided at checkout. They include both Parcels, Charged at £17.49 and Oversized Pallets charged at £169.99
Important Notes:
- Delivery times are working days excluding weekends and bank holidays
- All prices include 20% VAT
- Zone surcharges apply based on the delivery postcode
- Mixed baskets containing both parcel and pallet items will be charged pallet delivery rates
- Remote and island deliveries may require additional confirmation
- Express and Premium Deliveries are not 100% Guaranteed
