How do I find the right battery for my hearing aid?

The old packaging can help you to choose the right size. Take advantage of our discounted sets and benefit from the long storability. You need one hearing aid battery per hearing aid. The battery must be changed every three to five days, depending on the use of the hearing aid.

Store the hearing aid batteries at room temperature (10 to 25°C) to ensure a long life.

Changing the hearing aid battery

Open your battery case on the hearing aid. Remove the used hearing aid battery and remove any remaining dirt. Then remove the adhesive foil of the new battery and make sure that you replace the battery with the correct minus and plus side in the battery compartment. If the battery compartment is difficult or impossible to close, it is usually due to an incorrectly placed battery.
Important: Once you have removed the hearing aid battery's protective film, the discharge cannot be interrupted. The replacement battery should then be placed in the hearing aid immediately. To prevent leaking or inflating of used button cells, the old battery should be removed from the hearing aid as soon as possible. Simply return the old battery to your hearing care professional or a collection point for disposal.
