  • If the order number does not correspond with the system, we will not guarantee cancellation
  • Cancellations sent before 8am will be processed
  • Due to operations and courier collections, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request sent throughout the day would be processed in time.
  • If your order has already been sent to the warehouse for processing before your cancellation request was received, your order will not be pulled/cancelled.
