How long does shipping take?

We ship several times a day and try to optimize the time of delivery constantly. If you need more detailed information about the shipping time, please have a look at the respective item.

Can I track my order?

Yes, due to the large number of our products, we offer a free tracking service. If your parcel is equipped with tracking, you will receive a link to your e-mail automatically.

What does the information about the availability mean?

Thanks to our large warehouse, we are able to keep a large number of our products on call at all times.

Immediately available = The item is in stock and can be packed and shipped immediately.
Low stock = This item is individually assembled and shipped for you.
Back soon = The item has already been reordered and will soon be available again. You can already pre-order this article. You need the article immediately? Contact us - we can help find an alternative item.

Where does deliver to?
We deliver to UK, Germany (incl. islands), Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, France (mainland), Sweden and Spain (mainland).

Can I ship to an alternative delivery address?

Yes, of course you can differ invoice and delivery address. Simply use the alternative delivery address.

Which shipping partner will deliver my goods parcel?

Our starter batteries as well as all lead acid batteries are shipped to you with TNT.
We also ship accessories and all AGM and gel batteries with TNT. Dangerous goods or very large, heavy batteries are shipped to you on pallets. The shipping method is indicated with the respective item ordered. 

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are strongly dependent on the respective product. If necessary, we also ship batteries with pallet networks. Please note the respective shipping information in the shopping cart.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, of course we deliver without a minimum amount.

Will my goods also be delivered on Saturday?

Deliveries on Saturday are depending on the shipping service provider and the region. Products that are shipped via forwarding agents will only be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday.

What do I do if the goods are damaged?

Please refuse to accept damaged goods. If you do not see the damage immediately or do not notice it until unboxing, please send us pictures of the damage. Our service team will contact you as soon as possible.

What do I do if the shipment has not arrived?

Please check the sent tracking link first. Basically, the shipping service provider will give the various reasons. If this is not clearly visible, please contact our customer service
