Ordered the battery for my Vauxhall Astra GTC, came within 24hrs but alas there was some damage due to the 3rd party carrier. No problem though because i spoke to Rebekah on Customer service and after me sending pictures of the damage she had a replacement sent out the next day, my caar is now as good as new. After confirming my 14 year old car battery was now struggling to hold charge & after lots of online research, I decided to buy either the Bosch AGM battery, or the Varta AGM equivalent for my 2009 Mini Cooper S.
Battery Group was by far the best buy for these particular batteries. I opted for the Bosch. No particular reason as they're both manufactured in the same way, by the same parent company, in the same factory.
Well, I was amazed. The battery arrived in a well padded box by courier the very next day.
I would definitely recommend The Battery Group to anyone looking to buy a new battery. Their website is so easy to navigate, specifications for each battery are well laid out & its easy to find the right battery for your vehicle. You can either buy direct from their website, or off ebay. I used ebay because it was slightly cheaper than their direct website & PayPal were offering me 3 month interest free period. Land Rover Freelander 2 (2014)

Bought from eBay to replace the original that had done 9 years! This was advertised as a stop/start battery for my car but the Ah is lower and it's slightly smaller than the original. It's done the trick though and the stop/start is working again!

Beforehand checked dimensions, specifications and fitting arrangements. Ordered this Bosch battery on the assumption that it was built to German quality. Arrived a day earlier than stated. Well package (remember to remove transportation lugs). Indeed, built in Germany. Fitted perfectly and at this point - 7 days after, fitting working well.

Battery arrived at the perfect time when my car would not start. I tested the battery before fitting it in case I had to charge it and it was showing one hundred percent it has being on my car about four months now and and starting great no more fault lights on the dashboard.
