This car battery is from the Varta brand. The Varta Silver Dynamic batteries belong to the high-end segment of the car battery market, as they were primarily designed for vehicles with high performance requirements. Cars with many electrical consumers in particular benefit from a Varta Silver Dynamic. Batteries from the series also impress with their high corrosion resistance and durability. The battery is 278mm long, 175mm wide and 190mm high. The cold cranking current is 780 A. The larger your motor, the more cranking current you need.

Useful technology without the hassle of maintenance

The E44 has a capacity of 77 Ah. The higher the value, the more electrical charge can be stored in the battery. The E44 is a maintenance-free acid battery. Refilling with water is not necessary.

Practical battery with positive pole on the right

Make sure that the wiring and polarity of your new Varta battery match the data of your old model. The circuit shows whether the positive pole is on the right or left of the battery. To determine this, position the battery so that the poles are facing you. This product has circuit 0. This means that the positive pole is on the right when viewed from the front.

Good for nearly everything?

Everything was great on the sales side, except the promised 95% charge the battery was meant to have was not true. I put my Cetec charger onto the battery to find that only three of the 7 charge lights came on. It took just over four hours to completely charge the battery. Had this been placed on the car, it may not have started second time around, having driven away from home. I suggest all batteries are tested before dispatch.
