Don't know about life expectancy etc. But the right item, delivered swiftly and it works.

WORKS FINE BUT CAR BATTERY HOUSING NEEDED MODIFYING

The vent location is different on this battery compared to the original Mercedes battery on my A class (w176 2014) - it doesn’t specify this anywhere, not even on Exide’s own website The vent location (further away) and vent size (5mm compared to Mercedes 6mm) meant another vent pipe and elbow had to be ordered elsewhere…not that easy as 5mm are hard to come by. As the vent location is different, the Mercedes battery cover also had to be cut away to allow the vent to be connected. If you’re handy then this isn’t too much of a problem, just takes time to get it right.
