Turned Out OK Eventually

PRODUCT: Works as expected
SUPPLIER: Quick to respond but only contactable by emai, phone lines for after sales “paused”?
ISSUES EXPERIENCED AND RESOLVED: Ordered late on a Wednesday with premium next day delivery, expected delivery Friday, didn’t turn up, returned to supplier Friday by fedex, fedex blamed packaging, the supplier blamed fedex. Supplier gave immediate refund for express delivery on Friday but didn’t send out battery on Friday, sent it Monday for Tuesday delivery. Not ideal scenario taking 5 days to receive battery which was charged to 40% but, charged to almost full and all good so far.

EXCELLENT!!

Excellent service from the Battery Group.. ordered this battery at 14.15 on the Thursday.. paid for next day delivery and was delivered the following day at 11.00
As for the battery it was delivered fully charged.. took 15 mins to put on my Mondeo Titanium X Sport 2.2 tdci and is now starting much better. ?????
