Good Prices and Excellent Customer Service

I found the Battery Group online when looking for reasonably priced batteries. I ordered two large 6V batteries but only one initially arrived. After minimal correspondence the second one was dispatched with a fulsome apology. Any organisation can make the odd error but not all put it right so promptly or so gracefully.
