No Sealing Plugs

Like Allan says, there is a separate label saying to remove sealing plugs. No plugs, so was advised to remove white labels. No white labels either! Contacted support again but they never bothered to reply. Very poor support, especially considering the issue was at their end.

Good, but no sealing plugs

Seems fine, but label on battery instructed me to remove small sealing plugs. However no plugs were installed. Not sure what that means - liable to acid spillage during transit? Reconditioned battery? Time will tell
