Having tried cheaper alternatives, I always come back to Duracell Procell range, which are good quality batteries with a long expiry. In addition, the batteries represent good value for money, as one of these, lasts twice as long as a cheaper alternative.

The only range of cells of this type I have bought for years

It is unfortunate that having bought 50 AA cells, I was sent the wrong ones. I was also sent a return label of the wrong value and having received a correctly priced UPS one had a long walk to some small convenience store to post it. A bit inconvenient for someone in his eighties. When my refund comes through I'll try buying the same great product again elsewhere. This was hassle I did not need and don't want to risk having again.

I buy these batteries all the time maybe around 1200 a year, as I buy and sell maintain and more with RC models , mainly cars but others too. these are THE ONLY AA Battery when it comes to it, I have tried many makes and types and none have come up to these, though these can be costly the constant full power they give with very little drop off is second to none. Ok cost wise you can buy the budget ones , but why would you if these last longer. So for me buying the quantity that i do I will not buy any other brand or type.

Good batteries

These are good long lasting batteries, better than shop bought ones. I have had these before in but my last batch I had one start leaking while it was inside my equipment. That’s the only one and the only time it’s happened.

Brilliant with issues

Excellent service. Quick and reliable. I would have liked this review to be 10 out of 10 but the package on my original order was open and no batteries! Sending batteries in a paper bag is a poor idea. Royal mail where sorry for the loss. Batterygroup responded quickly with some replacements. Brilliant! But unfortunately when they arrived the paper bag was split again but the batteries where still there. Please use a plastic bag, jiffy bags do not work for heavy items.

Been asked for a review before I've used any. Come back in 2 years.
The previous products have been very good. I use these in smoke alarms/ door bells /clocks /remote controls at home and in several flats I rent out.
I've bought in bulk to reduce price. Previous products had excellent shelf life and didn't leak if left in a device for years.
Will be buying the intense cells for use in my installation tester.
