The S4 005 is manufactured by Bosch. Bosch car batteries are specifically developed to meet the requirements of different vehicle types. Batteries of the S4 series can be found in small cars, mid-range vehicles, but also in cars with high equipment. They ensure a safe start even at low temperatures. The battery is 242 mm long, 175 mm wide and 190 mm high. The cold cranking current is 540 A. The larger your motor, the more cranking current you need.
Inexpensive acid battery for your car
With a capacity of 60 Ah, the S4 005 offers reliable performance. In the past, acid batteries had to be topped up with water. Nowadays this is no longer necessary: the S4 005 is maintenance-free.
You should consider this when buying
Make sure that the wiring and polarity of your new Bosch battery match the data of your old model. The circuit indicates where the positive terminal is on the battery. To do this, look at the battery from the front. This Bosch battery has circuit 0, so the positive pole is on the right when viewed from the front.

Super fast, efficient delivery, excellent value. Half the price of having the AA fit it or going to Halfords. Once fitted (took about half an hour as I’m no mechanic), my car worked like a dream. Highly recommended
