Exceptional Service
It's early days to rate the EcoFlow Delta Mini Portable Power Station 882Wh, portable power generator as I've only had it a week or so. That said, I have tested it by running a complete set of DJ equipment from it and it ran perfectly. Outside gigs and power are no longer a problem. The thing I was most impressed with was the service, support and help I received from the company. From the lady who noticed I'd made a mistake with my order to the dispatch team who were super efficient, couple that with excellent communications via email and phone. This firm, in my opinion should teach other internet based suppliers how to deal with customers. In a word, Fabulous. Thank you.
